Well, I’m back from a little hiatus from blogging - finals and vacation got the best of me.

I recently got my hands on a new digital camera and Flickr pro account (my photo sets). Hopefully now I’ll have a little bit more instant incentive to capture what’s going on in my life. I regret not having more photos from earlier, so the idea is that ten years from now, I don’t feel that way about *this* period in my life.

In that vein, Brad and I went to the Santa Ana Zoo to try out my new camera. The flower was an attempt (successful, if I may say so myself) at my camera’s macro mode. You can also see the rest of the photoset.
